Materials Microscopic Process Engineering

Our research in the field of material applications focuses on microscopic processes involving the interactions between quantum beams and matter. Using in-situ ultrahigh voltage electron microscopic observations, we probe unknown nanoprocesses, which involve atomic displacement and electron excitation. By synergizing our findings with the nanosize effect, we aim to create nonequilibrium materials and elucidate the properties of low-dimensional materials.
